Your voice matters. Use this page to register to speak at upcoming City Council meetings. Select an agenda item or choose general public comment. After you register, we’ll send you an email with next steps and speaking instructions.

How to Request to Speak

1. Click Register button below for the upcoming meeting.
2. Fill out the form.
3. Select In Person or Virtually, and request an interpreter if needed.
4. Pick the agenda item you want to speak on, or choose Non-Agenda Public Comment.
5. Submit your form. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and meeting details.

On the Day of the Meeting

• In Person:  Head to the podium when called to speak, and stay within the time limit.
• By Phone: Call the number in your confirmation email. You’ll be prompted when it’s your turn to speak.
